Blue on blue. Right in time for summer, colors are a playground. Don't be afraid to use them.  I used different hues of blue to what could have been a boring outfit, have some life.

Target has a great pair of Mossimo ankle pants for around $23. They sit low enough but not too low to show the 'crack'. They come in multiple colors and are a staple in my closet. You do have to go a size up as they are Juniors and are cut small.
